Kathleen Lawrence has 25 years' experience in global HR management for the semiconductor industry. She specializes in management coaching, employee relations, and compensation and benefits planning. Prior to Magnum, Kathleen spent 15 years at LSI Corporation in various senior Human Resources positions, eventually managing HR operations for sites in 14 countries. Prior to that, she held HR employee relations roles in the software military logistics and retail industries. Kathleen received a Masters in Business Administration and a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento
